3 on 3 in a small rink allows you to get more puck touches in one game than you would in four games on a regulation size rink. The fast pace promotes players of all ages to make hockey plays at a quicker rate than they are used to and is guaranteed to leave you reaching for your favorite Cwench post-skate.

Players in 3 on 3 are able to gain more confidence with the puck and in their playmaking abilities due to the stress free environment where mistakes happen but you don't have to worry about being benched over them. Spring 3 on 3 teams consist of 7 skaters per team and one goalie.
